Files and working resources
A file is provided in the format, version, support level, and license shown on its detail page. Free access does not grant a right to resell, redistribute, or present the file as someone else’s work.
Services
Preparing or sending a request is not an accepted engagement. Work begins only after MethodCo and the requester agree to a written scope, deliverables, exclusions, required access, timing, price, payment terms, and any engagement-specific support or cancellation terms.
Goods
No physical goods are currently for sale. There is no preorder, reservation, inventory, shipping promise, return policy, or payment action for Method Goods.
Payments and refunds
No online payment is collected today.
Free publications and files have no charge to refund. The site has no checkout, card form, deposit, subscription, or online order record.
For a service that is accepted after scope, the written agreement must state the payment, cancellation, refund, and support terms before work begins. The site does not imply a general refund promise beyond that agreement.
Before acting
Review the item-specific page.
The offer or resource page states what is included, how it is delivered, the pricing status, and the current support boundary. Where a written service agreement exists, that agreement controls the engagement.
