MethodCo is a static public site. No MethodCo account or newsletter database is connected, and the current search runs in your browser.
What the site does today
Requests are sent by you
The site does not submit the contents of the Service request form to MethodCo. It prepares a message in your email application; MethodCo receives the information only if you choose to send it. Your email provider then handles the message under its own terms.
Direct downloads
Free resources download from the MethodCo site without an account. MethodCo does not use the download itself to create a customer profile.
Routine request data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and ordinary network infrastructure may process routine technical request data needed to deliver pages, protect the service, and operate their systems.

Ask about information you sent.
If you sent MethodCo an email and need to correct or discuss that information, reply to the same thread or contact MethodCo directly. No response time or deletion outcome is promised before the relevant facts and obligations are reviewed.
