Care for what MethodCo built
The plan covers a monthly health check, failure-log review, and one small routing, field, or copy adjustment inside the existing system.
It is not unlimited support and does not cover systems MethodCo did not build.
A defined support response
MethodCo responds to support requests within two business days. Resolution time depends on the issue and whether it remains inside the care boundary.
The plan is $150 per month and can be cancelled at any time under the written care terms.

Questions worth resolving early.
Can a new customer buy System Care?
No. System Care is available only for an active system originally built by MethodCo.
What does the monthly adjustment include?
One small routing, field, or copy adjustment inside the existing covered workflow. It does not include a new workflow or major redesign.
Is the two-business-day commitment a resolution time?
No. It is the support response time. The response will confirm the issue, next step, and any separate scope needed.
