Decide from the work, not the novelty

The worksheet starts with the actual follow-up path, the evidence required for a correct response, the person affected, and the person accountable. Only then does it ask whether a repeatable step could be assisted.

Each step receives one of three plain labels: assist, human owns, or keep manual. The reason and named reviewer remain beside the label so that a tool choice cannot silently become decision authority.

Define review and failure before a pilot

A safe pilot needs acceptance checks, stop conditions, minimal data, approved access, an error signal, and a manual fallback. It also needs examples that do not expose private customer information during testing.

The review record asks whether the assistance remained traceable to evidence, whether corrections outweighed the saved effort, and whether a person could still operate the workflow when the assistance failed.

Limitations and responsibility

This is a decision worksheet, not a technical assessment, certification, or approval of any vendor or workflow. A completed page does not prove that assistance is safe, lawful, secure, fair, or worthwhile.

Human judgment remains responsible for truthful claims, consequential decisions, access, privacy, exceptions, final messages, and the decision to stop. Keeping the work manual is a valid result.
