Review the whole path, not only the inbox

A pipeline review is a short decision practice. It checks whether a genuine inquiry can move from arrival to a useful response without becoming an unowned note, an ambiguous status, or a promise that no one has scheduled.

The worksheet begins with the smallest workable evidence: the current list of open inquiries, the place new inquiries arrive, the person responsible for replies, and the calendar or list where promised actions become visible.

Four passes in fifteen minutes

The review separates capture, ownership, next actions, and closure so that one confusing row does not consume the entire session. Each pass ends with a decision rather than another layer of notes.

The finish is intentionally modest: every open item has one owner, one next action, and one review date; completed, declined, duplicate, or no-longer-active items have an honest closing state.

Limitations and responsibility

This worksheet does not send a message, synchronize a system, determine whether contact is appropriate, or guarantee a response or sale. It cannot establish permission, legal retention requirements, or a professional duty for the person using it.

Keep sensitive information out of the worksheet unless it is necessary, authorized, and protected. A person remains responsible for every claim, promise, follow-up decision, closing decision, and exception.

Method Digital standard

Version, document, and bound every tool; never imply a file is an app, automatic system, or decision-maker.

The detailed public commitments and refusal list live in one place.
