Use one page, one calendar, and one list of open commitments. Stop when the next week is clear enough to begin.

## 1. Capture

## 2. Review the evidence

- What finished this week?
- What changed?
- What is still promised to someone?
- What can be removed?
- What repeatedly stalled, and why?

## 3. Decide

Choose at most three finished outcomes that would make the next seven days meaningfully better.
